Register your vehicle
Create your Alert My Car account and link your vehicle registration. This tells our system who should receive alerts if someone reports an issue.
Place your QR sticker
Attach your QR sticker somewhere visible, such as the rear window, side window or inside the windscreen. Make sure it does not block your driving view.
Someone notices an issue
A passer-by, neighbour, customer, car park user or member of staff sees something that may need your attention.
They scan and report
They scan the QR code, select the issue, add an optional message and submit the report through Alert My Car.
You receive the alert privately
We notify you without showing your phone number, email address or private contact details to the person reporting the issue.
You take action quickly
